The Extra Pocket is the third pattern in the new On Holiday with Mrs. H series, a year-long collaboration of Sew Hot and Sewing Patterns by Mrs. H.  This vacation-themed series features a new pattern and exclusive Fabric Kit every month for 12 months for fun holiday accessories that will all be made from coordinated Janet Clare fabrics! At the end of 12 months, you will have a full set of beautiful, coordinated, useful vacation-related items that will enrich your travels with handmade accessories.

Each month a new Mrs H pattern will be available to Sew Hot Newsletter Subscribers via 3 different ways!
1) As part of a Kit (this one!) that will provide fabrics & pattern for each month’s offering;

Described by the testers as a ‘quick, fun sew’ and the perfect project to kick start your sew-jo, the Extra Pocket is a fab stash buster, using just one Fat Eighth of exterior fabric and one Fat Quarter of lining! You can wear the Extra Pocket as a crossbody bag, or as a hip bag, with the strap length fitting waists from 32″ – 56″.
